Kirtlington Park Wedding Photoshoot

Oxfordshire hides so many gems. One of them is in a quiet village, in the neighbourhood of Bicester, not too far from Oxford. Some venues just ask to be turned into a magical place and Kirtlington Park is one of them.
Tucked away in the beautiful British countryside, near Chiltern Hills, with 3000 acres of parkland, this venue marries history, classic landscapes and romanticism. If you wish to find out more information about the house and its history, go to Met Museum's website.

Working together with luxury wedding planner ByChenai, our team decided to create a very romantic look for the day. Blushes, soft textures, classic style and modern angle on floristry and table design. Our aim was to show the brides and grooms how to take a traditional set-up, make it stylish and contemporary.

Kirtlington Park Wedding Flowers Photoshoot

The shoot took place just before the wintery weather started settling in. Braced by a pure romantic autumn light, flowers beamed with splendour. A set of autumnal but also early spring flowers and foliage were chosen to adorn the tables. Light pinks, peaches, and whites. Roses, early tulips, clematis, hellebores, eustomas.

Our trusted suppliers provided us with darker green hues foliage, reminiscing the approaching winter season. We also foraged a great amount of local plants. Large stone urn arrangements were placed at either side of the table, linking with the venue’s heritage and directing gaze towards the fields which were overflowing with autumnal colours.

Other tablescape elements such as candles, cutlery and fruit were chosen very carefully in order to create a compelling story through a wide range of repeating colours and shapes.
Our favourite part? Gorgeous cascade of flowers meticulously placed on the wedding cake.

As we mentioned, we collaborated on this shoot with a few of our highly-recommended suppliers, including:
