Terms and Conditions
1. About Us
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Blooming Haus website (bloominghaus.com) and any purchases you make from us.
We are Blooming Haus Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08928342. Our registered address is Arch 707–709, Havelock Terrace, London, SW8 4AR. You can contact us by email at contact@bloominghaus.com.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. What We Do
Blooming Haus is a luxury florist offering fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, planted arrangements, event floristry, wedding flowers, bespoke commissions, and non-perishable goods including vases, candles and accessories. Our services are available for delivery across London and nationally, and selected items are available for international shipping.
3. Placing an Order
3.1. When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
3.2. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
3.3. We take reasonable care to ensure that pricing on our website is accurate. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
3.4. Flowers are a natural product. While we work to match the arrangements shown on our website as closely as possible, seasonal availability means that specific stems, shades and textures may vary. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and made in keeping with the original design.
4. Delivery
4.1. Full details of our delivery service, including timeframes, delivery methods, and what happens if no one is available to receive your order, are set out in our Shipping and Returns Policy.
4.2. Risk in the goods passes to you at the point of delivery. For perishable goods where no one is present, delivery may be left with a concierge, at reception, with a neighbour, or in a safe place, at which point risk passes to you.
5. Your Right to Cancel
5.1. If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details of your cancellation rights, including how to cancel and the exceptions that apply, are set out in our Shipping and Returns Policy.
5.2. Please note that perishable goods, including fresh flowers, bouquets, planted arrangements and flower arrangements, are exempt from the right to cancel once dispatched.
