Weekly and biweekly floral installations for hotels, restaurants, private members’ clubs, retail spaces, offices, and private residences across London. Each arrangement is designed to the architecture of your space and changed with the season.
We source seasonal stems from specialist growers, prepare every arrangement in our Battersea studio, and deliver and install before your doors open. Vessels, water changes, and removal are all included. Nothing is required from your team.

Design

Every contract begins with a site visit. We study the architecture, the light, the materials, and the way people move through the space - then design to all of it. Arrangements are composed specifically for your interior, not selected from a catalogue.

Seasonal rotation

Stems and palettes change throughout the year to reflect what is best in season. Spring might bring branches and bulbs; winter, sculptural dried arrangements and deep foliage. The design evolves - the space never looks the same twice.

Delivery & installation

Arrangements are delivered and installed on a weekly or biweekly schedule, before opening hours. We handle sourcing, vessels, water changes, and removal - nothing is required from your team.

    Contract Flowers FAQ

    How often are contract flowers changed?

    Most clients choose weekly or biweekly rotations. The right frequency depends on the space, the footfall, and the type of stems being used. We will recommend a schedule during the site visit.

    Do you supply vases and containers?

    Yes. We provide vessels as part of the contract. These are selected to complement your interior and can be changed seasonally. If you have existing containers you would like us to use, we are happy to work with those.

    Is there a minimum contract length?

    No. We offer rolling contracts with no fixed term. Most of our clients have worked with us for years, but you are free to start with a trial period of four to six weeks to see how the arrangement works in practice.

    What does a contract typically cost?

    It depends on the number of arrangements, the scale of the space, and the frequency of rotation. We discuss budget openly from the outset and design to the brief. A single weekly arrangement for a boutique is a different conversation from a multi-point installation for a hotel lobby.

    Can you adjust arrangements for special events?

    Yes. If you are hosting a private dinner, a product launch, or a seasonal celebration, we can scale up or adapt the arrangements for that week. Many of our contract clients also commission us for their events.

    What areas of London do you cover?

    We deliver across central and greater London. Our studio is in Battersea, and most of our contract clients are within zones one to two, though we regularly service venues further afield.

    What makes your contract flowers sustainable?

    We source seasonally from specialist growers, avoid floral foam entirely, compost all green waste, and deliver by electric vans. We are B Corp and Planet Mark certified, and sustainability is built into every part of the service, not offered as an add-on.
