For 2023, British Vogue’s editor-in-chief Edward Enninful hosted the Fashion and Film
Party at Annabel’s, with co-hosts Anya Taylor-Joy and Jourdan Dunn.
Guests arrived by BMW to find our classic white and green floral installations already in place across the venue.

Guests moved between The Rose Room and The Terrace with Moët & Chandon champagne, Belvedere
vodka, Don Julio 1942 tequila, and Seventy-One gin.
Jo Malone candles and Tiffany & Co. diamonds completed the atmosphere alongside our installations.

2. A Blooming Haus Backdrop as the Stars Arrived
As guests arrived for the Fashion and Film Party 2023, many were photographed
against our floral installations.
The palette of white roses, roselilies, and baby’s breath was chosen to work with the architecture of the venue and provide a clean backdrop for the evening’s photography rather than compete with the guests wearing it.

Eddie Redmayne arrived in a black wide-legged all-in-one with satin lapels.

Co-host Anya Taylor-Joy — BAFTA Rising Star nominee and lead in Mad Max:
Furiosa (2024) — arrived in a feathered jumpsuit and robe.

Serena Williams wore a red velvet dress with ruched detailing, paired with
white-and-black trainers.

3. The Guest List and the Venue
The wider guest list included Lily Allen, Leonardo DiCaprio, Lily James, and Billie
Piper.
The party followed a strong BAFTAs ceremony. Austin Butler won Best Actor for his performance as Elvis in Baz Luhrmann’s biopic. Other winners included:
— All Quiet on the Western Front for Best Film
— The Banshees of Inisherin for Best British Film
— Cate Blanchett for Best Leading Actress in Tár

Our work across the venue included the staircase, fireplaces, and the arrangement around
Annabel’s famous gold leaf gorilla.

4. Process: Site Visits, Drawings, and Sustainable Installation
Our process for the Fashion and Film Party followed the same sequence we use for
every event commission.
We visited Annabel’s in advance to produce detailed drawings of the space, from which we developed the designs. Working this way ensures the floristry works with the architecture rather than against it — enhancing what’s already there without overcrowding the room or drawing attention away from the venue’s own character.

Everything was installed and in position before the first guests arrived. We dismantled the
designs as soon as the event closed — an unobtrusive approach that keeps our
work invisible to the event itself while remaining fully present in the room.

No plastics or toxic materials were used in the installation, so all designs were fully
compostable after the event. Across our studio operations, we use green energy and probiotic
cleaning products as standard.
For each new corporate client, we commission a tree to be planted within the National Forest annually — a small but consistent contribution to biodiversity that clients can track over time. For more on our environmental approach:

5. Event Floristry for Your Occasion
The process we used at Annabel’s applies to every event we take on — corporate dinners, private
celebrations, brand activations, weddings.
We visit the venue, produce original sketches, develop the design around the space, and install and remove without disrupting the event itself.
